Located in the heart of downtown Gatineau, the Kruger factory plays a strategic role in the local manufacturing sector. This project involved the renovation of several interior areas, including bathrooms, locker rooms, restrooms, and various administrative spaces. DLS Construction also carried out upgrades such as replacing flooring, painting, adding and replacing doors, and other interior adjustments aimed at improving employee comfort. Working in an active industrial environment presents significant logistical and safety challenges. The work had to be carefully planned to coexist with ongoing operations in a high-alert environment. Restricted circulation, enhanced safety protocols, and close coordination with the factory team were essential to ensure smooth progress of the project without disrupting production activities.
