Familiprix – Aylmer Sector

Located in the building previously occupied by the Caisse populaire Desjardins d’Aylmer, this new Familiprix marks a major transformation of the site. DLS Construction completely redeveloped the premises to accommodate the pharmacy, including a laboratory, offices, a consultation room, and all counters and public areas. A portion of the space was also built out as a base building for a future tenant. The bank's former vault was preserved at the request of the client and integrated into the interior design to serve as a secure space for archives and offices. This particular constraint represented an architectural challenge, requiring precise coordination to preserve the feature while showcasing its value.
