Located in the Plateau sector of Gatineau, École de l’Amérique-Française welcomes primary school students in a modern, bright environment focused on learning. DLS Construction completed the full construction of the establishment, including classrooms, a library, a cafeteria, a gymnasium, and all essential services for school life. Key highlight: this project obtained LEED certification, underscoring its high level of environmental performance. Among the technical challenges, the implementation of a sophisticated geothermal system for heat recovery required specialized expertise and rigorous coordination across disciplines.
