Founded in 1960, Benny & Co is an iconic Quebec rotisserie chain, known for its fast service and family atmosphere. For its Vanier branch, DLS Construction completed a full interior renovation aimed at modernizing the customer experience. The dining room was entirely transformed: new floors, contemporary furniture, redesigned lighting, and refreshed décor. The work also covered the service counters, restrooms, and various functional areas. The main challenge of the project was keeping the restaurant open throughout the duration of the work. This necessitated the implementation of strict containment measures to limit dust, noise, and odors, while ensuring the safety of staff and clientele.
