Benny & Co – Maloney

A Quebec rotisserie chain founded in 1960, Benny & Co continues to invest in modernizing its establishments. For the Maloney Boulevard branch, DLS Construction performed a complete renovation, including the transformation of the dining room, replacement of the cash counter, refurbishment of the restrooms, and partial renovation of the kitchen, notably with the addition of a new dishwashing area. Unlike other branches, this project also included a complete modernization of the exterior envelope: new façades, siding, exterior lighting, redevelopment of the drive-thru service, and installation of digital kiosks for more interactive service. As with other similar projects, the work was completed without interrupting operations, demanding rigorous planning and strict containment measures to limit dust, noise, and odors.
