Located on Saint-René East Boulevard, this significant residential project provides 50 social housing units. DLS Construction managed the entire job site, the particularity of which lay in the choice of modular construction. The units, prefabricated in a factory, were assembled on-site according to an optimized schedule. This type of construction involves very tight coordination between off-site manufacturing and the foundation, connection, and finishing work. The challenge was maintaining impeccable quality while meeting the very short deadlines associated with this construction method. The final result demonstrates well-controlled efficiency, serving sustainable and accessible housing.
